INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (m/f/d)

immediate availability // initially limited to 2 years // full time (40h) // Barcelona, Budapest, Hamburg, Munich or Paris

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver business growth in multiple strategically important markets (Spain, Portugal, Italy) with full accountability for profitable revenue generation.
• Expand our network of client contacts (brand, CRM, media, DTC, PR, etc) and build trustful relationships in multiple locations with differing cultural background.
• Strategically consult your contacts on effective marketing tools in general, and convincingly present our consumer activation, influencer & word-of-mouth marketing services & solutions.
• Excite clients and colleagues with energy, passion and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Serve as our eyes and ears for the needs of the client at local level, and provide recommendations on how we can best innovate accordingly across multiple markets.

You can provide:

• 5-10 years experience with FMCG companies in brand marketing, or as an account executive on the agency side
• Performance-orientation coupled with expertise to sell complex new ideas/concepts
• Native Spanish or Italian and advanced business English, coupled with strong listening skills to identify (hidden) client needs.
• Strong self-motivation & self-organisational skills to work highly independent on your own action plans to develop the client and deliver business growth.
• Willingness to travel within Europe 50% of your working time.
