Fuimos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y quisimos <strong>desencadenar aut\u00e9nticas conversaciones y recomendaciones de consumidores reales y conseguir suscripciones a la newsletter de Spontex y seguidores en su cuenta de Instagram.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo seleccionamos a los mejores influencers?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con el objetivo de seleccionar al equipo perfecto para esta campa\u00f1a, realizamos una <strong>fase precampa\u00f1a <\/strong> entre los m\u00e1s de 12.000 aspirantes interesados. Esta incluy\u00f3 dos pasos: una <strong>fase educativa <\/strong> en la que utilizamos un blogpost para compartir informaci\u00f3n sobre esta l\u00ednea de productos y sus caracter\u00edsticas; y una segunda <strong>fase de gamification<\/strong>, en la que creamos un quiz para poner a prueba sus conocimientos y mantener a la comunidad comprometida y educada.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nuevos embajadores para Spontex<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Finalmente, seleccionamos a <strong>500 <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.territory-influence.com\/why-do-brands-rely-on-collaboration-with-nano-influencers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">nano<\/a><\/span> y micro influencers<\/strong> que cumpl\u00edan los requisitos de la marca y se perfilaban como los embajadores perfectos. Eran decisores de compra, se encargaban de la limpieza del hogar y <strong>no eran usuarios de Spontex<\/strong>. Ten\u00edan una media de 38 a\u00f1os, estaban acostumbrados a comprar por Internet y el 91% limpiaba en sus casas una o dos veces al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l era la misi\u00f3n de los embajadores?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cada embajador recibi\u00f3 un kit con 5 productos de la gama Microfibra y un c\u00f3digo de descuento del 30%. Tras un periodo en el que animamos a los participantes a probar los productos, utilizamos call to actions espec\u00edficos para invitarlos a compartir su experiencia. Gracias a la amplia fase educativa y al cuestionario, compartieron recomendaciones detalladas tanto offline como online.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a los <strong>1.245 contenidos de calidad <\/strong> publicados en sus perfiles de redes sociales, consiguieron m\u00e1s de <strong>2 millones de impresiones de marca <\/strong> y <strong>67.000 me gusta y comentarios <\/strong> en sus posts. Tambi\u00e9n les invitamos a seguir el perfil oficial de Instagram de Spontex y conseguimos 1.200 nuevos seguidores durante la campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Compartieron su experiencia tambi\u00e9n con amigos y familiares en el mundo offline y alcanzaron m\u00e1s de <strong>75.000 recomendaciones personales cara-a-cara<\/strong>. Les regalaron productos y el c\u00f3digo de descuento, lo que nos ayud\u00f3 a aumentar la cifra de pruebas de producto.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Insights clave de sus consumidores<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Al final del plan, los embajadores compartieron con nosotros sus comentarios y su opini\u00f3n sobre los productos. En general, los calificaron con un 9,5\/10 y los evaluaron con palabras positivas, como <strong>superabsorbentes, duraderos y de buena calidad<\/strong>. El 99,5% afirm\u00f3 que recomendar\u00eda el producto a sus compa\u00f1eros e incluso el 97,4% dijo que comprar\u00eda el producto despu\u00e9s de la campa\u00f1a.
