The challenge: redefining hair aging

Arkopharma, a pioneer in phytotherapy and natural health, faced a bold challenge in Spain: to launch the first anti-aging program for hair. Their mission was clear yet ambitious — prove that hair aging is more than just going gray.

As the years pass, hair naturally loses density, strength, and shine, becoming finer and more fragile. To respond, Arkopharma introduced Forcapil Anti-Aging, a two-step program — Forcapil Spray and Forcapil Tablets — designed to protect natural pigmentation while reinforcing the hair’s structure from the inside out.

The strategy: from consumers to trusted advocates

To build awareness and credibility, Territory crafted a campaign rooted in one simple but powerful idea: authentic voices speak louder than ads.

We handpicked 325 women between 35 and 54 years old from the trnd community — women who cared deeply about their hair health and, crucially, 88.4% had already tried competing anti-aging products. This made them not just the right audience, but the perfect one.

Of these, 190 received the products at home, while 135 purchased them on Amazon. Each became both a tester and storyteller, trying the routine for one month, sharing their experiences, and educating others through reviews, photos, and videos.

Real voices, real impact

The campaign was built on something simple yet powerful: the authentic voice of consumers. Ambassadors demonstrated how they used the spray and tablets, explained their routines, and shared the results they noticed in their hair.

The user-generated content (UGC) was shared on Instagram and TikTok, generating 415 posts and over 1.6M impressions. In addition, 411 reviews were published on Amazon and Arkopharma’s website, with outstanding ratings: 4.7/5 for the tablets and 4.8/5 for the spray.

Results: credibility, community, and conversion

Beyond the numbers, the real achievement was the creation of trust. 84% of participants said they would recommend Forcapil to their friends, and 78% stated they would purchase it again in the future.

By combining education, hands-on experience, and authentic testimonials, Arkopharma not only reached but exceeded its goals. The result: a community of genuine brand lovers who validate and recommend the effectiveness of Forcapil Anti-Aging.
